Another trip to one of my favorites. Every dish is full of flavor and the cooking is impeccable. We got the Maple Dry Rub wings and the Big Momma Brisket, it was a brisket steak. Moist, deep with flavor and great balance with the pickles onions and Cole slaw
As of 11/26/24, their menu states they're closing mid January. They will be re-branding and are being mysterious in not divulging anything about what's to come. SO...Don't miss out on this gem of restaurant before it goes. Don't want to deal with parking? They deliver through various means. The food is always fresh and foodie-prepared. Decent bar available. Louis' service was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Went for Sunday brunch last weekend. If you’re looking for the closest thing to eating Southern breakfast, look no further. This was my 5th time here for breakfast/brunch. This time we covered a lot. We had the Chicken, Egg n’ Cheese Double Honey Biscuit, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Avocado Toast, Shrimp and Grits, Waffles with chocolate chips and strawberries, signature, hash, brown patties, and Pancakes. Featured in the photo is the Chicken, Egg n’ Cheese Double Honey Biscuit with 13-spice & 3 flours coated fried 5 oz breast, over-medium egg, melted sharp cheddar, hot honey & honey butter on a grilled biscuit. The food is delicious, fresh, and came out hot. The atmosphere has a country vibe. They have a pretty full bar.
Outstanding food. Lewis is an excellent waiter. My family and friends had a wonderful time. The hot chocolate was like a warm hug in your mouth. The chicken and waffles took me out. They use chicken thighs! I couldn’t stop eating it until there was nothing left to eat! I took a biscuit home as a souvenir.
Great spot in already great area of food. East Passyunk has always been a staple of great restaurants in Philadelphia- Flannel is no exception. We went for breakfast but they offer the full menu all day. Service was excellent, prices were good. We chose to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather with their outdoor seating. You can also sit inside as well. Definitely looking forward to going back and sampling more of the menu
This place is perfect for a casual drink, super filling food, and friendly faces. I've never left here unsatisfied.

Came for breakfast and had a great experience. Ordered the flannel Benedict and waffle ranchero. The flannel Benedict cornbread is DELICIOUS. It really has nearly perfect flavor. The waffle ranchero was flavorful, filling and the perfect size. Definitely would come back to try dinner.
